ADVANCED INNOVATIONS LIMITED processes personal data in relation to the following main activities: organizing and conducting gambling bets.
The Company processes personal data of its clients upon the performance of its scope of activities.
The personal data processed upon registration of the user profile are:
Full name, citizenship, date of birth, person’s identification number (personal identification number, personal ID number of a foreigner, other number or identification information under the national law applicable to the non-Bulgarian citizens), address of residence or domicile, email address, ID card’s number, date of issue and authority issuer, bank account (IBAN or account number – IBAN certificate, bank name, country), gender, telephone number, confirmation that you are over 18 years, as well as any other information that the user voluntarily provides when registering or using the services of the personal data controller and in accordance with the terms of use which the data subject has agreed with.
Please note that detailed personal information about you is solely collected after registering and placing bets. The grounds for carrying out this activity are based on the requirements of Betting Lotteries and Gaming Act and other statutory instruments which the Company must be compliant with in order to organize gambling games.
- Data which we process for the purpose of security, legal compliance, and for provision of better services to our clients:
Client’s profile/Client’s file: If you have used any of our services, we shall keep information about you even if we have terminated the provision of the respective services to you, namely – your full name, email address, telephone number, history record of your bets and other data related to the services provided by us. We do this for the following two reasons:
Firstly, we need the information thereof in case of claims by you or the user of the service provided to you, as in this case, we would be able to prove circumstances related to the provided services. The information may be necessary for us in case we are subject to inspection by the competent state authorities, as we may need to prove facts and other circumstances related to the provision of the services before the authority.
Furthermore, we keep records of your client’s profile on the grounds of a legitimate interest to keep track of the development of our potential clients’ interest to the services provided by us, and to improve our offerings.

Our Company offers you the opportunity to send you current or upcoming offerings by subscribing to our newsletter. We process this category of personal information provided based on our legitimate interest in keeping our clients and potential clients informed of current and upcoming offers. We process this information based on your agreement to receive the newsletter you have expressed through the subscription checkbox in the Marketing section (I want to receive news).
